The Commercial Game of the Month is KGB by Virgin Games/Cryo from 1992
(also known as Conspiracy on the PC CD Version)

You play as Captain Maksim Mikhailovich Rukov who recently was trasferred from Department P from the GRU, who needs to investigate possible corruption inside the KGB itself after a private eye was found murdered

This is a point’n’click adventure, where you need to point and click on certain things, such as the word “Talk” then click on a character to talk to them, Opening doors, and moving around the area for example

On your way you will meet several characters, some will help you along the way, and some may turn against you, and in some cases, can kill you, meaning Game Over

Among the characters you will see are Uncle Yanya who lives in an apartment, and now uses a wheelchair, and this is where you can find objects in your bedroom and other rooms which may help you further in the game

Sadly I have never played this at length, but from what I did play, I really enjoyed the Game, But I never completed it

No Demo version is available either which is a shame
