This website preserves Classic Gaming on primarily the Amiga-range of Computers, and to highlight the Amiga’s Great Gaming Empire, and will do so under the laws of the United Kingdom, while the DCMA is American in nature, I will accept VALID request(s) to remove content, Provided they are Legitimate Claim(s) against the content!
The Games Collection which is distributed by Amiga Boing Blog falls under Public Domain, Shareware or Freeware so therefore none of the Amiga Boing Content and/or Downloads should break any Copyright Laws what-so-ever
All in-game Screenshots and the YouTube Gameplay Videos were created by Amiga Boing Blog and therefore I own the Copyright to them since I am the creator of them
Public Domain, Shareware and Freeware Games (and even the Demo Versions of Commercial Games I distribute) were originally distributed on Compilation Disk(s), either The Assassins Collection, Fred Fish and/or on Magazine Cover disks, so there is absolutely *NO* difference between *THEN* and *NOW* in Terms of Distribution of these Games and Demos
Where possible if the Game has documentation, I will read it for any rules on Distribution and adhere to those rules, many Games are fine with Distribution provided its done either FREE or at a SMALL COST
NOTE: Both The Amiga Kickstart ROM Images and Commercially-released Amiga Games (such as Cannon Fodder for example) will *NOT* be Distributed here, unless there is a Demo Version of the Commercial Game, which again were normally distributed via Magazine Coverdisks anyway
