This is Centipede by Glenn M. Lewis from 1989 (in docs it is known as Centip*d*)
The Game starts instantly when loaded, there is no Title Screen at all, so be ready!
You take control of a Blaster, and your aim is to shoot at the centipede which starts at the top of the screen, and slowly, moves downwards, when it hits a mushroom, it will change direction and keep moving downwards
During this time, you should fire at it, which will split it into 2, turning one part into another mushroom, there are also spiders which randomly appear, moving within the player area, in a right-left or left-right direction, as well as moving up/down randomly, these can also be shot for points
This is a pretty decent version, alas with no title screen, which is a little disappointing, but it is still a great classic game to have a blast on, and many will remember the game from their childhood, my first version of this was on the Atari 2600
