The Commercial Game Of The Month is: Treasure Island Dizzy by Codemasters from 1989
You start with water on the right which has a coin in it, you cannot collect this until you get the snorkel, which you can find in the trees/forest section which you get to by walking left
First you must collect the Chest, and take it to the far left, where you place it down so you can climb over into the next section, where you come to the trees/forest section, there you must locate the Snorkel what will help you breathe under the water
The placement of some traps, sometimes even off-screen is a poor design, and the fact you only have ONE life is also a problem, and no energy bar either
If you get killed, you die and have to start the whole game over from the beginning which is a real shame, I would have liked to see either, say 3 lives, or even a energy bar counter at least, But one hit and you have to restart, This sadly puts me off playing the game through at length
A good thing with emulation though, is you can at least Save the State and return, which can help by saving it before a trap for example, so at least now you have a chance to complete the Game in full
The only redeeming features have to be down to the Music by Allister Brimble, and the varied traps dotted around
The Title Screen Animation what plays is also in the Game, inaccessible unless you put in a cheat code to see it
