This is A-Type by Dexter/Abyss from 1998

As you can tell this is a clone of the Arcade Game R-Type

You control a star ship, and you have to blast various enemies along your journey, navigating the terrain, and avoiding it as well as avoiding enemy fire along the way

You are equipped with a rapid-firing Gun to dispatch the enemies, The Game can be quite challenging at times, and while I have not played this at length, Be sure to check it out and have a blast!
