This is Giddy II by Phil Ruston in 1993, Released under F1 Licenceware

Giddy II again puts you in control of Giddy, the cute white guy with a nice hat, and oversized hands, what almost look as if they are shooting you, and again you have plenty of puzzles to solve along the way

Again, This sequel does not disappoint, it has all the elements of Wibble World Giddy, and the same Cute Cartoony-Style Graphics, as well as a cracking sounds and music, plus more devious puzzles to solve

There is also another sequel to this, But it is PC only, it is “Giddy 3: The Retro Eggsperience” and it is available as a Free Download too, and has even been ported to Windows by Peter Gordon, who made 5K Invaders and 6K Pacman, Downloads of Giddy 3 are available on the DOS Games Archive (https://www.dosgamesarchive.com/download/giddy-3-the-retro-eggsperience/)
