This game was written in a week and a half on a 2MB single drive A500+.  It
then took me a further two months to get round to debugging it! (too lazy!)

1.  Business startup
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

1.1  Previous account
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~  
Upon loading the game you will be asked to enter your name.  After you have
entered your name you will be asked if you have a bank account.  If you
answer yes then you will be prompted to enter your account code whoch you
will have received upon completion of a previous game.  If you don't have a
bank account then simply answer no and you can continue with the game.


1.2  Car selection
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Starting off with $10,000 you must buy and equip a car of your choice.  You
have a choice of four cars which can be seen by using the arrows underneath
the picture of the current car.  When you have chosen your car click on
Finished.


1.3  Equipment selection
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You must now equip your car with the various pieces of equipment available:-


PK Energy Detector - Can pick up ghosts before they would normally be
reported.

Image intensifier - Shows up ghosts allowing them to be captured whilst
driving.

Merangue man Sensor - Shows the appearence of the merangue man allowing him
to be stopped.

Ghost bait - Dropped onto the merangue man it will destroy him, earning you
$2000 form a grateful mayor.

Traps - Used to trap the ghosts (1 trap can hold 1 ghost).

Ghost Vacuum - Allows the ghosts to be captured whilst driving.

Portable laser confinement system - Allows ghosts to be held without the
need to empty the traps.



2.  The map screen
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The game is played on a map screen.  Displayed on the map are you (portrayed
by the Ghostslayers sign), the keymaster (a key) and the gatekeeper (a
lock).  The object of the game is to get three men inside Zuul in order to
destroy the evil coming from the portal.  You must delay the meeting of the
keymaster and the gatekeeper as long as possible by capturing the ghosts
that appear at the various locations around the city.  If you have a PK
Energy detector the build up of PK energy in the city's buildings will
become apparent by a yellow warning sign appearing above the building, if
however you don't have a PK Energy detector fitted a ghost occupying the
building will only become obvious when a red warning sign appears above the
building.  To enter a building push the joystick in the appropriate
direction and push the fire button.  From time to time a merangue man will
form and wreak havoc on the city, you can prevent this from happening by
moving into contact with him and pressing fire (providing you have some
ghost bait) thus saving the city.



3.  Driving
~~~~~~~~~~~
Once you have selected a building to enter you must drive their, this is
done by simply moving the car along the road, sucking any ghosts into the
ghost vacuum along the way (if you don't have an image intensifier then you
won't be able to see any ghosts).



4.  Capturing the ghosts
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To capture a ghost you must firstly deploy your trap, this is done by moving
the man into position and pressing fire, once the trap is deployed move the
first man onto one side of the trap and (facing towards the trap) press
fire.  Do the same with the second man, sfter pressing fire the beams will
appear.  You have to get the ghost between the beams (he can't cross them)
and capture him in the trap by pressing fire.  Should you miss then the
ghost will slime one of your men putting him out of action.  If you capture
then ghost then you will be paid $800 reward.



5.  Going to GHQ
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
If your backpack power is at zero, your traps are all full or you have no
men left then you must return to GHQ.  This is done by selecting it from the
map in the usual way.



6.  Entering Zuul
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Once the City's PK level has reached 10000 you must proceed to Zuul, once
there when the gatekeeper and the keymaster have met you must get three men
inside, this is done by moving three men underneath the merangue man as he
is jumping.  If you get three men inside Zuul then you will win the game.
