                     Welcome to Crazy Pipes
                         by Joe Rumsey

The object of this game is to avoid spilling any water for as long as
possible. Use the mouse to place sections of pipe on the board so that
the water has somewhere to flow.

When the game starts, you will see a piece on the board with an "S" next to
it. This is where the water will flow from. The blue bar at the left of the
board shows how much time you have until the water starts flowing. When
it reaches the bottom, the water will flow from the starting piece into the
section of pipe you placed after it.

The water will continue to flow until it comes to a square with no pipe in
it, or to a pipe which is not attatched to the one before it.

You can place a section of pipe on any blank square. You can also destroy
a previously laid section of pipe by placing a new one on top of it, as long
as the water has not yet flowed into it.

As soon as the water spills, the round is over. If you have managed to
get the water to flow through the number of pipes shown at the top of
the screen, you will advance to the next round. Each round adds more
obstacles such as pits(where you cannot place any pipes) and holes in the
walls, which the water may use to "wrap around" to the opposite side
of the board.

To quit a game in progress, press the escape key.

   Scoring is as follows:

300 points - making a loop (water flows both horizontally and
                 vertically through an intersection)

100 points - for each piece the water flows into

-100 points - any piece which the water has not flown through at
                 the end of the round

-50 points - Placing a piece on top of an old piece
