Changes from 0.99 B2 to 0.99 B3:

- Added version diplay. Displays : Version number - Hertz
        ( i.e. 'v 0.99 B3 - PAL' )

- Found a bug in the save/load routine: A saved game does not
        'remember' what level package it came from.

- Fixed a bug where the protect bonus could last into the next
        level.
- Fixed two bugs in the laser algorithm.
- Fixed the game to be NTSC compatible.
- Fixed a bug in the teleport routine.

Changes from 0.99 B to 0.99 B2:

- Fixed a bug when loading highscores.

Changes from 0.98 B to 0.99 B:

- Added loading of highscores.
- Added the ability to load different level packages.
- Added an end of game screen ( not finished yet ).

- Further preparations for loading of gfx/sound sets.

- Fixed a bug in the bounce priority.
- Fixed a bug in the `brickthrough' code.
- Fixed a bug when exiting the options screen.
- Fixed a bug where the laser copy screen would be visible for
        an instant when the player dies.
- Fixed a bug where the score counter was not updated properly
        when firing laser beams.
- Fixed the enlarge/reduce bug. These bonusses now work
        correctly.

- Did *NOT* fix the bounce-ball bug, due to some problems with
            the assembly language parts. It's now planned for
            version 1.0 B.
