This is Roulette, by Peter Craven, from 1991, Written in AMOS

In this version you first right click between your counters and then left click them onto the board on the right to place them down

Then you place your Bet using the counters, and then you can click on the wheel in the top right to spin it, where the number it lands on will be shown underneath, and a pin will appear on the board area where it is located

The game then calculates your winnings, and gives you the payout amount and credit you have left

There is full AMOS sourcecode available for this Game, which is where I found the authors name, as for in-game there is no author/credits screen at all
